Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This explains how the free trial, the full plan, cancelling and refunds work. Questions? Email hello@findbook.co.
The free trial
Every new account starts with a free two week trial with everything switched on. No card or payment is needed until the trial is up. When it ends you move to the free plan, which costs nothing, and you keep your links, your numbers and your history.
The full plan
The full plan is £9.99 a month, paid by card and taken by Stripe at the start of each month's billing period. It renews each month until you cancel. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, and you can cancel before it starts.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Log in, open Billing, press Manage billing, and choose Cancel subscription. Your full plan then stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and after that your account moves to the free plan. We do not delete anything when you cancel.
Refunds
- First 14 days. If you upgrade and it is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, with no questions.
- After that. We do not refund the part of a month you have already used. If you cancel, you keep the full plan until the end of that month.
- If we got it wrong. If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or something on our side stopped the service working, tell us and we will put it right and refund what you were wrongly charged.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days.
If a payment fails
If your card payment fails, we email you and your bank is tried again over the next few days. Your full plan stays on while that happens. You can update your card from Billing, Manage billing. If the payment cannot be taken, your account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again at any time.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under the law, including your rights as a consumer in the UK.
